Production Stages
The production process uses European equipment from a number of companies; Sidel, Matrix, SIPA and Tecnocom to ensure compliance with the GFSI - FSSC 22000 International Food Safety and Quality Certificate.

COLLECTING THE WATER
FROM THE SOURCE
Water is taken from underground deposits through pipes resistant to rust and corrosion and flows into stainless steel storage tanks in the water treatment department.

CLEANING
OUT IMPURITIES
The water passes through a system of quartz and polypropylene filters, removing all mechanical impurities and minute particles to become crystal clear.

UV LIGHT
TREATMENT
At this stage, the water undergoes anti-bacterial UV treatment and ozonisation, which neutralises any microbiological impurities.

BOTTLING AND
PACKAGING
Modern high-speed production lines ensure that the bottling and packaging of Tassay drinking water is automated.
